Under current and former ownership have always found everyone to be courteous, and the shop and staff, still the same faces, know their stuff. I have had a SUNOCO card account since 1978 and have been a customer of Shawsheen Service Center since that time and believe I picked up my credit card application there, having recently moved to Andover. We now live in Methuen and continue to come back for fuel, inspections and maintenance. BRAVO ZULU!

I was towed off 495 when my car overheated. It was the air compressor. Shawsheen Sunoco tried to get me a rental car & kept me informed along the way as they diagnosed the problem. They are trustworthy & so far no issues since the repairs.

My power steering fluid line was leaking - called if I could bring it in -- able to bring it right in and leave it - they diagnosed the problem that day -- Dan the owner called and explained what needed to be done and cost -- I gave the okay - they ordered the new fluid lines -- once arrived they installed it -- very please with there service -- Dan was a pleasure to work with.

After three failed attempts with Firestone to fix my AC last year, Shawsheen service Center was able to diagnosis and fix it the first time. Although my extended warranty wouldn’t cover it, they attempted to contact the warranty and make sure I wasn’t paying more than I needed to. I plan to take all future car problems there.
