Completely helpful, good communication. A flat tire left me stranded and the gas attendant took a message explaining that I needed a new tire ASAP. The car arrived via tow at 11pm. I got a call by 7:45 with a quote on the tire and expected timeline and cost. Great!

I was so impressed, we showed up on a saturday morning with a Flat Tire and of course needed a special Tire that had to be ordered, Dan secured my Vehicle and first thing on Monday they ordered the Tire and I was off and running by Monday afternoon. Very Kind and helpful

I dropped my truck off At Shawsheen Service station with an unknown problem. My truck stalled and would not restart. They performed many tests to try to resolve the issue. Most all of the tests came back with no issues. They dug even deeper and found I had a clogged mass air flow sensor. They replaced that and solved my problem. They communicated the progress while my truck was in the shop and gave me a fair price for the job that was done. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends .
